All items are shipped via UPS, USPS or our choice of freight company. All orders are carefully packed and thoroughly inspected and we hope that you are pleased with the item(s) you have purchased. Upon arrival, please check the contents of your carton(s) immediately against items marked as shipped on your invoice. Report any discrepancy or damage to the store administrator (email@example.com). Note the damage or shortage on all delivery receipts or freight bills and sign for only material actually delivered. If, upon further inspection, you notice any concealed damage or loss, you must save all boxes and packaging material and notify the store administrator (firstname.lastname@example.org) or delivery carrier/agent within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
All Web sales are subject to NISCA's Standard Terms of Sale. You may return new, unused product within ten (10) days of purchase, for a full refund (less shipping charges). After 10 days no returns will be accepted.
All International Customers are responsible for all shipping, Duty, Taxes and tariffs due upon receipt of merchandise. Due to Credit Card Rules we Cannot Ship to 2nd Address, Orders Must Be Shipped to Credit Card Holders Address Only, unless paid in advance using Check, Draft or Wire Transfer.
